RenArt FAQs

All RenArt products are designed and manufactured to exacting standards with quality and safety to the forefront. The production facilities are ICTI-accredited, and rigorous quality control systems are in place to ensure consistency of manufacturing criteria. RenArt products meet or exceed all relevant international toy and pen standards. These include, amongst others, the European Toy Safety Directive (incorporating the EN71 Standard), IS0 11540, BS7272 and EU 1907/2006, as well as the relevant and appropriate standards of other countries, such as the United States and Canada, Latin America, Australia and New Zealand, Russia, Asia and elsewhere.

All our products are age-graded according to their complexity and ease of use. RenArt products are not suitable for children under three years of age, due to the presence of small parts which may present a choking hazard.

Many RenArt products contain pens and inks. Inks may stain. During all creative activities, we suggest that children wear overalls and/or old clothes, and that furnishings and carpets are covered.

Stains can sometimes be removed by soaking overnight and then washing with soap and warm water. Scrubbing can help.

Only the most suitable quality materials are used in the manufacture of RenArt products. Where applicable, these will include food-grade plastics, and paper or card from sustainable resources. More than 70% of the board used in our packaging has already been recycled. All RenArt packaging can be further recycled where appropriate facilities exist.
